Our office can be contacted all day, every day. We offer reactive maintenance across much of the country.  Our engineers carry stock to cover most situations to enable a first time fix to be achieved. Where this is not possible, we strive to locate the necessary parts and carry out a ‘same day’ fix to reduce the impact on our clients and their homes and businesses. All our repairs are fully documented with electronic copies sent to our customers in order that they can maintain effective records.

Whether repairs are becoming too frequent and too costly or when renovation and building work requires it, we are there for our customers’ installation needs, from a replacement gas cooker or gas fire to boiler replacements or a plant room – we will happily design and install to meet your needs.

We offer a free no obligation quotation service and all of our installations are carried out to the highest standards with minimal disruption to our clients, wherever possible.

Our engineers use floor protection measures to ensure a clean environment when working in clients’ homes/businesses. As a responsible waste carrier we remove and dispose of waste as per our waste carriers licence.

All our installation works are fully documented and customers receive copies in order that they may maintain their own records. Where it is appropriate, the Gas Safe register and local building authorities are notified of works completed, to ensure our clients receive the correct certification.
